Precautions for using inner tubes
1.The inflation pressure of the inner tube should meet the standard.
2.When the inner tube is not installed into the outer tube, if it is necessary to inflate to check for air leakage, the cross-sectional diameter of the inflated inner tube should not exceed 120%. Do not inflate too much, otherwise it may cause the inner tube to have a large belly and be scrapped.
3.The inner tube is strictly prohibited from coming into contact with oil stains and acidic or alkaline chemicals. When parking the vehicle, do not approach heat sources and avoid dampness and direct sunlight.
4.First confirm whether the specifications of the inner tube match the outer tube. When installing the inner tube into the outer tube, please check whether there are sand particles inside the outer tube, cracks in the outer tube, or other adverse factors; Before installing the inner and outer tires onto the steel ring, make sure that there are no adverse factors, deformation, or debris on the steel ring.
5. When the inner and outer tubes are installed on the steel ring and the inner tube is inflated, make sure that the Valve stem is correctly positioned on the steel ring and the inner tube is not trapped between the outer tube and the steel ring.
6. Inflatable according to the manufacturer's recommended inflation pressure (marked on the sidewall of the outer tire). Avoid inflating too much or too little. When the air pressure is too high, the Valve stem will be separated from the inner tube, causing accidents; If the air pressure is too low, it will cause the sidewall to bend and concentrate, causing the outer tire cord to break and causing cracks on both sides of the outer tire
7. When the outer tire is found to be punctured or punctured, it should be repaired in a timely manner before use to avoid rainwater, sand, and mud infiltration, which may cause delamination of the cord layer or sand particles puncturing the inner tire.
8. Heavy duty high-pressure tires must be lined to protect the inner tube.
